What We’re Looking For
JAGGAER is looking for an Associate Solution Consultant to join the Professional Services team in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will support client implementation projects by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, preparing documentation, and helping clients adopt JAGGAER products successfully. You will work closely with senior consultants, project teams, and clients while building deeper expertise in SaaS implementation, procurement technology, and professional services delivery.
• Support client implementation projects by helping translate business requirements into solution configurations.
• Configure JAGGAER applications in line with agreed project scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Assist with requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and client meetings, both remotely and in person.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including configuration notes, meeting outputs, and process information.
• Work with senior consultants and project teams to identify and resolve client issues.
• Track assigned tasks, risks, and dependencies, escalating concerns when needed.
• Support testing, validation, and client readiness activities during implementation.
• Help ensure a smooth transition from Implementation to Support.
• Communicate clearly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to project status updates, including progress against assigned deliverables.
• Support change order discussions by identifying potential scope changes and sharing them with the project team.
• Learn and apply JAGGAER implementation standards, project controls, and best practices.
• Build knowledge of procurement, supply chain, contract lifecycle management, and related business processes.
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1-2 years of business experience, preferably in application implementation, consulting, SaaS, ERP, procurement technology, project coordination, or a client-facing environment.
• Interest in learning how SaaS solutions or ERP systems are implemented and integrated.
• Strong communication, documentation, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow structured processes, and manage multiple assigned tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Confidence participating in client meetings and asking clear, role-related questions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and a professional approach to client interaction.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20-30%, subject to applicable travel requirements.
Nice to Have
• Exposure to eProcurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Lifecycle Management software applications.
• Exposure to using AI tools in a professional context.
• Exposure to business automation or workflow process development.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Waterfall or Agile.
• Experience supporting process improvement or change initiatives.
